北京金王国际体育管理有限公司( www.kingwing.com)成立于2001年,是一家与美国·锐姆迪斯集团[锐姆迪斯(纽约)控股有限公司、锐姆迪斯企业财务管理有限公司、锐姆迪斯体育科技发展有限公司]长期在中国开展业务的合作伙伴。也是我国较早从事体育投资、赛事管理、体育营销以及充分整合体育资源提供融资帮助的专业公司。
Beijing KingWing Sports International Management Co., Ltd. ( www.kingwing.com), founded in 2001, is the partner of RMDS Group (RMDS Co., Ltd., RMDS Enterprise Finance Management Co., Ltd. and RMDS Sports Technology Development Co., Ltd.), who helps them running business in China. Also, it is an early company engaged in sports investment, sports event management and sports marketing business as well as a professional company in integrating sports resources and sports financing.
核心业务:主要是提供体育事件营销为上市公司及私营企业在一定城市区域进行品牌公关服务,致力于促进跨国金融机构来华投资,并为地方政府整合体育资源及融资方案提供上市帮助。
Core business: Sports event marketing and branding as well as PR service for listed companies and private enterprises in certain cities; promoting international financial institutions to invest in China; giving help to local government in sports resources integration and financing plan being put into market.
公司成立七年来主要有三个发展阶段:
第一阶段是2001年开始,收购三支国家专业注册运动队进行市场化运作,以培训、比赛和运动员转会为基础,按照“以体养体,以体带业”经营理念完成了初始积累。
Major three development periods:
Phase 1: Beginning from 2001, acquired three national registered sports team and operated them based in line with market rules, and completed initial capital accumulation with training, competition and athlete transfer by sticking to the operation philosophy of “sports is supported by sports, and sports stimulates other industries”.
第二阶段在2003年到2007年间,主要以赛事投资、城市营销进行资源整合,已策划、投资了数十项由中国政府(国家体育总局)、国际奥委会、IAAF(国际田联)、ITF(国际网球联合会)等授权在中国境内的大型项目遍及全国40多个城市(如:首届全国十大城市万人健步活动、国际马拉松、国际田联挑战赛、国际女子网球[中国区八站]系列赛、三星电子迎奥运万人长跑、中国城市长跑黄金大奖赛和北京奥运倒计时一周年亿万人民健步迎奥运活动,以及创办中国体育品牌风云榜暨领袖年会评选活动等);投资买断中国国家青年篮球队、少年篮球队八年的所有运营权。
Phase 2: From 2003 to 2007, mainly focused on resource integration with sports event investment and city marketing; planned and invested tens of large-scale events authorized by Chinese government (State Physical Culture Administration), IOC, IAAF and ITF etc held in more than 40 cities nationwide (such as: the First All-China Top Eight Cities Ten Thousand People Walk, Marathon, IAAF Challenge, World Women Tennis (Eight Stations in China Region) series competition, Samsung Ten Thousand People Long-distance Running, China Cities Long-distance Running Golden Grand Prix, Beijing Olympic Countdown One Year Anniversary Crowds Walk for Welcoming Olympic Games, as well as hosting Chinese Sports Top Brand and Leader Annual Meeting Contest, etc.); invested and bought out the eight years operation rights of China National Youth Basketball Team and Teenager Basketball Team.
第三阶段也就是从2007年底对未来十年的远景规划。公司已经通过后奥运战略部署,突破了传统型体育营销与赛事管理服务模式,在立足于为上市公司及私人企业提供区域性品牌公关及咨询服务的同时将触角伸向跨国金融机构,为地方政府整合体育资源及资本提供上市融资帮助。公司除了每年接受国家体育总局和地方委托赛事策划、体育项目融资外,特在(纽约、大阪、新加坡、伦敦、上海、南京、武汉、贵州、西安)设立专业服务机构,加强国际间的通力合作。
Phase 3: From 2007 to the coming ten years. The company has paved its way out of the traditional service mode which is sports marketing plus sports event management by deploying post Olympic strategy. Its business has reached to international financial institutions while providing listed companies and private enterprises with regional branding and PR and consulting service, and assisting local government in sports resources integration and capital financing in open market. In addition to sports event planning and sports financing projects received from State Physical Culture Administration and local governments, the Company also established branches home and abroad (in New York, Osaka, Singapore, London, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Guizhou and Xi’an), in order to enhance international cooperation.
